Flagler Palm Coast High School shares concurrent enrollment with Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, which provides students the opportunity to complete two years of study at their local college before transferring to a four-year degree at not cost.

There are three four-year universities located in Palm Coast, including a regional campus of Daytona State College. Additionally, there are plans in development for the University of North Florida to their innovative MedNex program, which will provide advanced training for healthcare professionals.
